Dark Angel Legacy: Part 1

The first page of the comic will re-cap the events of The Dark Angel Saga and when you turn the page, it will show Dark Beast getting blood samples from Psylocke (cleaning her body up after the fight with AOA Blob during the DAS), getting a blood sample from Archangel, and third slot showing him entering the data into a computer. Following this page will have a clone chamber with my character inside the tube with various tubes and machines hooked up to him. The title will read "Anything Sinister can do...I can do better". Continuing the story, we will see a few pages of how Dark Beast and Sugar Man have a lab in the AOA dimension with Dark Beast creating his own dimensiol teleporter. The machine is not an exact copy of the two's work, because Dark Beast worked on it solo (so no one would know about it). His "failed" attempt at recreating the teleporter actually found him a small dimension he claimed as his own for a Secret Lab (hence the name...also this dimension is much larger than you will see, but the world is not my center point as of now, perhaps a future story could tell that of the beings that occupy this world). The Dark Beast will mention that his teleporter can only access the AOA world, 616 world, and the Secret Lab. We will see the finished result of his work (not to drag out with failed clones) and a room marked "FAILURES" that house the lesser clones (these clones will have Angels with no wings, missing body parts, insane animal personas, heads in jars, cut up bodies, etc).

When DB (short for Dark Beast) makes his way to the chamber housing AC (Archangel Clone), a shield will open up and we will see the clone. The clone will resemble Warren Worthington and have short black hair (hair style of Warren, Black hair from Psylocke), blue eyes (both had blue eyes), blue horseman skin, and the metal horseman wings. DB will release the clone for next stage of testing while starting a log "Clone Log: Subject showing major improvements over mastering telepathic powers but still showing zero sign of telekentic powers. Subject's metal wings can retract into his body so he can blend in, wings also can project razor sharp knives but lack the poison of the original Archangel. Healing factor shows healing minor injuries within minutes while major injuries healing in hours. Subject also possess the original mutation of Warren Worthington's hollow bones, enchanced sight and hearing, enhanced strength, and speed." As DB is going over the AC power set...panels will show the tests he was put through. Testing healing factor DB will cut AC, testing Telepath powers he will be testing on humans from AOA (since they will not be missed...and use of Telepath powers AC eye's will turn violet/purple..a trait from Psylocke), AC will be shown outside taking on small testing robots with different capabilites (swords, guns, energy blasts, flights, armor, etc), and a shooting range to practice his accurcy with the knifes from his wings.

Background for the Story

As of right now, you are probably wondering how I can make my character fit into the Marvel 616 Universe without messing up the main Universe with tons of questions. My character will be created by Dark Beast in a small pocket dimension. As of right now, you're going "oh great...dimensions", but it is a small universe that Dark Beast came across by accident when trying to make a second portal machine (one that Sugar Man had no information on) so he could work on secret experiments without anyone knowing (especially Weapon Omega in the AOA Universe). The portal machine can only open into the AOA universe, 616 universe, and return back to the small dimension (universe Secret Lab...named by Dark Beast which will later change in future story). Dark Beast got the idea of making the clone after his defeat from Uncanny X-Force at the end of the Dark Angel story arc. He wants to punish and destroy Wolverine's team in the 616 universe and hand over the clone to Weapon Omega as his new Death as an offering for more power.

My character will have all of the memories of Psylocke and Archangel leading up to the end of Dark Angel Saga...anything happening after that he will not know until he finds out himself. I want my character to have blue skin, blue eyes, and black hair. He will be 6ft and be 150lbs. He will have the metal horseman wings (that can fire razor blades without the poison), telepath abilites, healing factor, enhanced sense (sight and hearing), enhanced strength, enchanced speed, and possess the fighting styles of Archangel and Psylocke (via memories and training).

The character will start off in the Secret Lab dimension, cross over into our own 616 dimension, and end in the Secret Lab to finish the story. I can not tell you about the events that will lead up to them, but in the issues you will develop a love for my character. I have not released his name (except for 2 other people...my girlfriend Michelle and a trusted friend Robert) but the name will have meaning to anyone that is a fan of Psylocke and Angel.

As of right now I have been reseraching Dark Beast, Psylocke, Angel, Archangel, and reading the Dark Angel Sage taking notes so my story will make 100% sense (as I am one of the biggest people to pick stories apart for gaps).

What this Blog is

My name is Philip Kunkle. I have recentily had an idea for a character and small limited series for Marvel Comics. I found out it is hard, but not impossible to get your idea to them. This is a small step that I am taking in trying to get my story published. As of right now, all I have are rough ideas (the character, bits of a story, and an epic ending) but through time it will become a story. Even if it does not get published, I hope people will enjoy reading this.

The character I have in mind is a clone/child of Archangel and Psylocke created by Dark Beast (much like the character creation of Cable by Mr Sinister). He will not be over powered ("mother" is an omega class mutant and "father" is a former Horseman) and will except he is an expirment rather than an actually child. You may think just by reading this that I am ripping off the Cable story...but when you read further into what I have you will see my character is a stand alone (much like Ben Rielly, Kaine, X-23).

I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing. I am open for suggestions, but please keep it professional (if you think I have a bad idea somewhere, tell me why instead of calling me an idiot).
